主要科研成果:

1.近年主持科研项目:

1)国家自然科学基金,真空场发射三极管纳米沟道的制备及其对器件性能的调控机理研究。

2)陕西省创新能力支撑计划青年科技新星项目,基于电子束蒸发及非晶薄膜晶化技术的载流子传输层制备和研究。

3)电子物理与器件教育部重点实验室专项基金,氧化镁薄膜二次电子发射特性增强方法和机理研究。

4)陕西科技大学博士启动金,可应用于高阶LCD&OLED显示的IGZO-TFT的研究。

5)企业横向,IGZO薄膜结晶态表征和测试.

6)企业横向,电池组短路、开路故障注入系统.

7)企业横向,基于质量分布属性的自由飞行条件下刚体航天器姿态运动建模研究。
